WHO IS WOODY ?

Woody is the premier tour guide for niagara falls in new york. Also known as my famous father, he is an advocate for healthy living and loves to share some of the foods he eats in his own kitchen with others.

He has convinced me that I should put some recipes up here!  So here they are!  These recipes are not only great for the body but also economical for the conscious food budget!  Try these out and you will not be disappointed!  You can email questions to him at brucewoods@roadrunner.com

THE CANCER FIGHTER

(in a blender mix these)

2 BANANAS

1/2 PINAPPLE

1 GRAPEFRUIT

3 LEAVES OF COLLARD GREENS

2 TBSP SOAKED OAT GROTS RAW

2 TBS HEMPSEED ORGANIC

2 CUPS WATER

1 TSP HEMPSEED OIL

1 TSP TUMERIC

(serves 2 normal healthy people or 1 over the top health loving zelot with lots of good food lovin .)

WOODY’S RAW OAT GROTS

1cup raw oat grotes (soaked for 12 – 24 hours)

1/4 cup chopped or halved walnuts

1/4 cup raisens

1/8 cup sunflower seeds

1/8 cup pumpkin seeds

1/8 cup organic granola (optional)

2 chopped figs and/or dates

1 table spoon agave nector

may use one of the following depending on resources or food allergies:

raw milk (goat) *Woody’s preference

rice milk

almond milk

(make your own rice or almond milk or use store bought as a second choice)

After soaking the oat grotes You can either blend the oats or keep them whole before you mix the other ingredients. Woody likes to eat them whole.

**Be creative with additional ingredients and remember it is not raw if it is heated over 110 degrease!**

WHY RAW? When food is heated over 110 degrees it looses most if not all the necessary enzymes and phyto-nutrients that the body needs to heal itself.  A diet at 75% to 95% raw foods is recommended for most people to function best.

GREEN LEMONADE

bunch of celery or one head of romaine

5-6 stalks of kale

1-2 apples

1 whole lemon (fresh squeezed)1

1-2″ fresh ginger

***JUICE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND GET READY FOR AN INVIGORATING AND ENERGIZING EXPERIENCE!!!***
