If you look around to notice it would not take that long to see people are getting fatter and fatter alot earlier in life. Each of these costly examples above effect us all even if you dont think you are overweight. We must engage and do our part. Start with ourselves and teach our children what it is to be truly healthy in mind, body and spirit, not just free from illness or symptoms. To teach our children how to empower positive transformation, support what makes them feel good and to reinforce their positive experience. Teach them how to diffuse the focus of what is not so good so there will no longer be a focus on symptoms or illness.
The hard part is we need to do it for ourselves first!! Its not impossible to teach an old dog new tricks (unless the old dog refuses to move or has no legs.) But seriously, with all kidding aside, where do we go today to get some help in this daunting world of old habits that die hard?
